RETURNS

Our policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be returned, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, hazardous products, flammable gases or liquids.

Other items cannot be returned:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software

* Certain health and personal care products

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, only a partial refund is possible : (if applicable)

* Books with obvious signs of use.

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, tape or vinyl record that has been opened.

* Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or some parts are missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.

* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.



Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your request.

If your application is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment form within a certain number of days.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially mooted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is accounted for.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only normal priced items can be refunded. The sold items are unfortunately not refundable.



Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged. If, in this case, you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@lotisand.com : 775 Rue Paul Rimbaud, Montpellier, K, 34080, France.



Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift check will be sent to you by mail.

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the person who made the gift and they will know that you returned the item.



Shipping

To return a product, you must send it by mail to 775 Rue Paul Rimbaud, Montpellier, K, 34080, France.



The shipping fee for the return of the item is your responsibility. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return fee will be deduct from the refund.

Depending on your place of residence, the time of receipt of the exchanged product may vary.

If you ship an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
